ITAC Solutions is seeking an experienced Mortgage Specialist for a contract assignment with one of its best clients.

 What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Prepare mortgage loan documentation for processing and closing
  • Provide high level support for Closing Agents and Borrowers
  • Input required data into POS and LOS systems
  • Coordinates ordering of appraisal, title, tax, flood, and all other verification or certification
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure all documentation is accurate and timely
  • Assist with closing procedures and quality assurance  

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • 3-5 years of Mortgage Fulfillment Experience

What would set you apart? 

  • 3-5 years of experience with closing 1st time mortgages
