ITAC Solutions is seeking an experienced Corporate Healthcare Recruiter for a great company in the Birmingham area! This person must have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Screen and interview qualified candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
- Develop and manage all college-based recruitment efforts
- Manage all communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process
- Other administrative responsibilities to maintain confidential records associated with the employment process
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- Outstanding professional communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple talent acquisition platform
