Treasury Partner Manager

ITAC Solutions is searching for a Treasury Partner Manager for a direct hire position in the Houston, TX area. You will be responsible for managing the Partner Team, reporting call and email volumes to coordinate schedules according to peak call hours. This role will partner with managers from other teams in order to ensure all processes and procedures are operating appropriately.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing customer service response team to oversee call/email quality, customer satisfaction reporting, and workflow scheduling to improve and ensure team performance
  • Oversee day to day activities and performance of the customer service response team, while building a positive and impactful team culture and atmosphere
  • Act as first point of contact for all client issue escalations
  • Analyze data and create forecasting reports to improve team performance as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and senior leadership

What you’ll need:

  • Strong customer service skills and prior experience leading a team in a call center environment
  • Ability to maintain professional demeanor and operate with a high level of trust and integrity
  • Strong interpersonal skills
