ITAC Solution is searching for a Treasury Client Service Partner for a direct hire position in the Houston, TX area. You will be handling all customer client and email requests, while providing an exceptional customer service experience. Requests may include problem resolutions, password reset, training inquiries, and other search requests, with some issues requiring escalation as needed.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as first point of contact for any client requests or inquiries. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with professionalism. Any unresolved inquiries will be escalated to Team Lead according to internal policies and procedures.
- Respond to all email or phone inquiries in a timely and professional fashion.
- Work with team members to resolve issues and ensure high level of performance.
What you’ll need:
- Customer service experience
- Minimum of 2 years of treasury and banking experience
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
