Pay Rate: Up to $16.00 per hour, DOE
In this job, here are some of the duties to be performed:
- Bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation
- Maintaining paperwork
- Answering phones, ordering office supplies, handling mail, email correspondence for company
- Part-time, 20-25 hours per week, 5 days per week preferred.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
To be considered for this job, candidates may be required to have the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years accounting/ office administrative experience
- Experience in AP, AR, Reconciliation
- Real estate experience strongly preferred
