In this job, here are some of the duties to be performed:

Supporting top level executives with all administrative needs, including but not limited to:

  • Typing correspondence
  • Expense reports
  • Making travel arrangement
  • Paying bills, bank deposits
  • Answering phone calls
  • Communicating with clients
To be considered for this job, candidates may be required to have the following skills and experience:
  • 4+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
  • Strong communicator, highly professional
  • Must have experience handling all of the duties listed above
  • 60+ WPM
