Recruiting Coordinator

Job Type: Direct-Hire Pay Rate: Up to $14.00 per hour, DOE
In this job, here are some of the duties to be performed:

Work with ITAC's recruiting teams to improve the candidate experience. HOW? 

  • Working with recruiters to communicate job opportunities via various posting sources
  • Communicating directly with candidates regarding their experience throughout the job search process
  • Processing pre-employment screening on behalf of the recruiting team and enforcing adherence to ITAC's policies relative to compliance measures
  • Meeting coordination 
  • And that infamous final line "other duties, as assigned"

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
To be considered for this job, candidates may be required to have the following skills and experience:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you'll be asked for writing samples)
  • seriously strong internal drive for organization and "living in the details"
  • Juggler. Yes, anyone in this role needs to be a Class-A juggler of tasks who can shift gears and prioritize needs without getting rattled. 
  • PC Skills - You'll work in our database, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. You'll also use other Windows and web-based software programs.
