In this job, here are some of the duties to be performed:

ITAC is assisting a great Birmingham organization in its search for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer! This will be a customer facing role as the developer will be creating designs and solutions for customers. They will work closely with business units and will be responsible for developing solutions in the CRM systems to make in more convenient and efficient for users. Additional responsibilities are as follows:

-Responsible for all the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, having a clear understanding of the capabilities and how they interact to identify additional development and integration opportunities.

-Use skill, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively install and configure Dynamics CRM and its related components into the client's business environment in order to achieve the expected business results. This may involve writing custom JavaScript code.

-Responsible for properly securing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment, data, and integration points.

-Identify opportunities for improvement and understand the functional capabilities and limitations of Dynamics and drive functional improvements.

-Build integration points with other systems such as ERP, Accounting, and Web sites.

-Maintains integrity of accounts and data stored in the CRM system. Work with business leaders to define data retention policies and implement. Responsible for data backup and recovery.

-Evaluates, tests, and applies updates and patches to the CRM system on a scheduled basis.

-Researches, proposes and implements enhancements that will improve reliability, features and performance.

-Troubleshoots, resolves and documents issues and changes related to CRM.

-Supports users by providing technical assistance and ongoing training; maintains user access records by adhering to established procedures.

-Performs administrative tasks such as user setup and management, assigning security roles, data analysis, create and maintain picklists, data fields, campaigns, dialogs, and reports; Customization of forms/UI, configuration; Create and maintain workflows, custom dashboards.

-Coordinates and documents elements of the system change process and distribution procedures; coordinates interactions and communications with other various platforms.

-Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed.

-Responsible to provide accurate annual budget estimates and perform to budget. Monitor and track CRM Licenses and identify cost savings.

To be considered for this job, candidates may be required to have the following skills and experience:

-3 or more years of back-end and front-end development experience in Microsoft CRM, ASP.NET, JavaScript, C#, Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Extensible Markup Language (XML), and/or Web Services Description Language (WSDL)-2 or more years of MS SQL RDBMS query languages-2 or more years experience working directly with Sales Representatives and Customers-Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
