In this job, here are some of the duties to be performed:
Our client, a large manufacturing company, has an opening for a highly proficient Residential/Commercial Sales Manager who has proven success in driving product sales through creation and execution of business plan for assigned area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, work well independently and as part of a team; having specific industry experience.
The selected candidate will be responsible for all activities in assigned area and will work in conjunction with Regional Sales Managers, Sales Agencies and other parties to formulate business plans to promote product and secure new business. A strong background in selling to contractors, engineers, distributors etc. in plumbing/HVAC/water heater industry and the ability to develop and maintain long term customer relationships will be key to succeed in this role.

Education: Bachelor's Degree
To be considered for this job, candidates may be required to have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of direct sales experience with focus in plumbing related industry
- Proven sales experience in residential/commercial distribution channels
- Strong knowledge of water heaters and other HVAC product lines
- Proven business planning and customer analysis skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel extensively
