In this job, here are some of the duties to be performed:
- Managing medium to large teams providing technical field support to clients
- Call Center Operations
- Motivating personnel to meet company objectives
- Customer account management
- Customer issue resolutions and requirements collection
- General Technical knowledge of Information Technology operations, specifically networking and voice communication
Education: Bachelor's Degree
To be considered for this job, candidates may be required to have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical field.
- Excellent customer service skills ability to manage people and their performance
- Able to work in team oriented environment
- Proficient in communication with customers and staff
- Outstanding writing, speaking, and presenting skills
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours when required by customer issues
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical or Business field Required
