In this job, here are some of the duties to be performed: Create and implement training programs for the company. Monitor established training and make recommendations for change. Communicate heavily with all departments to understand the business more. Offer group and individual training sessions to employees. Report progress to managers.
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required)
To be considered for this job, candidates may be required to have the following skills and experience: Bachelor's degree and corporate training experience required. Microsoft Certification huge plus
