Compensation

$28–$32/hr +, depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing

Managing full-charge bookkeeping, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger

Handling daily bank reconciliations and profitability reporting
-
Processing payroll, tax filings, sales tax, and year-end reporting

Supporting insurance audits and maintaining required certifications

Managing employee onboarding, benefits enrollment, and timekeeping setup
-
Preparing quotes, invoices, and core financial documents as needed
What You’ll Need to Be Considered

QuickBooks Desktop experience

Job costing proficiency in Excel

Prior exposure to manufacturing or fabrication environments

Familiarity with tax filings (payroll, sales, year-end)

Comfort working independently in a small-business setting
