Q: What is your position at ITAC?

A: I am a business development manager for ITAC in Nashville.  I started on January 13, 2020.

Q: What are your responsibilities and goals in your new role?

A: Responsibilities and goals in my role as a business development manager really consist of growing the market share in the Nashville market, getting out there and being able to connect our clients with our contractors and hopefully getting some great relationships developed.

Q: Tell me about your previous experience.

A: I’ve had about 18 years in the staffing industry and three years in the engineering services industry.

Q: What made you want to work for ITAC?

A: I wanted to work for ITAC – primarily the culture of this company is that it’s a small company that is big-minded.  It’s not a small-minded company and the people inside the organization all have a shared commonality as far as the goal they are trying to achieve.  It matches up well with me because it’s going after and becoming successful through serving other people.  And serving not just our customers, but our contractors.

Q: What are you looking forward to in your new role?

A: I’m looking forward to diving back into staffing and really networking myself in the market in Nashville.  Also, to take something small and grow it into something very large.  I think the way you do that is through relationship building.

Q: What is one thing you want candidates to know about you?

A: The one thing I would like people to know about me is that I am passionate and that my concentration is really to help and develop great working relationships with my customers.

Q: What is your favorite part about working in Nashville?

A: I love working in Nashville.  It’s a good, diverse city.  There are constantly people coming in from all over the country every day and of course you’ve got the Titans who are in the playoffs!

Q: Who is your biggest role model?

A: My biggest role model is my father.

Q: Do you have a favorite quote?

A: Probably my favorite quote is one that I’ve often looked at and lived by.  I learned it at a young age.  “Endure, endure, endure, then endure again without rhyme, reason or hope of reward and then endure.”  William Faulkner

Q: What is something most people would be surprised to learn about you?

A: People always seem to be surprised that I was in the Navy.

Q: Bookworm, movie-buff or Netflix binger?

A: Bookworm.  I just finished re-reading To Kill a Mockingbird.

Q: What is your favorite place to hang out in Nashville?

A: I have 3 kids so if we can make it to Sonic, it’s a pretty good day.

Q: Tell us about your family.

A: I’ve been married for almost 19 years and the father of 3 beautiful daughters.  I have a puppy that I love to death and a cat that is as old as my marriage.  It’s fun times!
