ITAC Solutions Welcomes Hope Housel to the Birmingham Team
ITAC Solutions is excited to welcome Hope Housel to Birmingham’s recruiting team! Hope graduated from Auburn University in December 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a sales focus. As an Associate Accounting and Finance Recruiter, Hope strives to place candidates into jobs that are best suited for them. To learn more about Hope, check out this Q&A:
Q: What made you want to work for ITAC?
A: When I interviewed with ITAC, I really felt like the people here cared and wanted to get to know me. I could just tell that ITAC’s culture was different from other staffing firms in that they truly wanted to help their employees and candidates succeed.
Q: What are you looking forward to in your new position?
A: I’m excited to really invest in candidates and build relationships with them so that I can determine what positions would be the best fit for them.
Q: What’s one thing you really want candidates to know about you?
A: I want candidates to know that I am here to build relationships with them—not just to find them a job. I also want them to know that they can trust me to find them a job that is well-suited for them in the long run.
Q: What’s your favorite part about working in Birmingham?
A: I grew up in Birmingham, so I’m excited to be close to family and friends. I’m looking forward to exploring what Birmingham has to offer for young professionals!
Q: Who’s your biggest role model?
A: My parents. They have always been the best examples of how to love others well and what hard work looks like.

A: Driven. Compassionate. Outgoing.
Q: What’s your favorite summer activity?
A: Anything involving water! Beach, pool, lake or anything outside!
Q: What’s something most people would be surprised to learn about you?
A: I’m marrying my junior-high sweetheart!
Q: Bookworm, movie buff or Netflix binger?
A: Movie buff! I love going to the movie theater! I’m looking forward to seeing Adrift.
Where’s your favorite place to hang out in Birmingham?
A: I love exploring all the different running trails!
Q: Anything you want to add about family, pets, hobbies or personal life?
A: I married Brayden Housel (my junior-high sweetheart) on June 30th! I have a younger sister, an older brother and a dog named Rizzo.
