Q: What made you want to work for ITAC?

A: I’ve been at ITAC for almost 1 ½ years.  What drew me to ITAC was the people here and their core values.  They were all about helping people and helping their community.  I’ve enjoyed working at ITAC and making an impact in Nashville. The comradery with the team is fun, and I feel like we’re really making a difference in the market.

Q: What is your favorite part of your job?

A: My favorite part of the job is the work hard/play hard mentality.  I enjoy our healthy competition and helping candidates find a position that they love – one that they are excited to get up every day and go to work for.

Q: What’s one thing you want candidates or clients to know about ITAC?

A: Even if we don’t have a job in the specific industry that they are looking for, I’m always here to help candidates in any way I can by being honest and transparent.

Q: What sets Nashville apart as a place to work and live?

A: Nashville is booming.  There’s so much going on there.  There’s entertainment, music, culture and art. Plus, there are so many great restaurants! It’s just a great place to be right now. We are seeing job growth booming, as well, and a lot of industries coming into the market.

Q: What jobs are most in demand in Nashville?

A: We are seeing a huge spike in IT roles!  I think with more companies moving to Nashville, supply chain and operations will continue to grow, as well.  I’ve seen more data-driven analytical roles, especially within healthcare, which is super exciting.  And of course, accounting and finance roles are always in demand.

Q: Do you anticipate job growth in specific industries in Nashville?

A: Nashville has a big and booming construction industry, so I expect job growth there.  Healthcare is well established; plus, we have new players coming into the marketplace.  I also expect finance and IT roles to continue to skyrocket.

Q: What are three words that describe you?

A: Trustworthy. Compassionate. Go-getter.

Q: Tell me about your family.

A: My husband and I got married in April, and we have a Bluetick hound named Bowie.  And…this summer, we’re expecting our first baby!!!

Q: What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

A: We love hiking, gardening and just being outdoors.  If we aren’t in our backyard, we are going to restaurants and bars and checking out new music!
