ITAC Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk for an established company in the Montgomery area. This person should be highly organized and detail oriented.
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Assist multiple accounting departments with various accounting related processes
- Communicate with managers to streamline operations, resolve concerns, and enhance growth opportunities
- Perform cashiering duties and all accounts payable and receivable
- Responsible for human resources processing including research and resolution of discrepancies
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to allocate expenses, import transactions, and other accounting duties as assigned
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- 5 years of accounting experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent typing skills
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
