We are currently assisting our client in their search for an experienced full charge bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will perform all general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, monthly closing, etc.
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Balance sheet reconciliations and posting to general ledger within QuickBooks
- Preparing and entering journal entries
- Full processing AP an AR
- Preparing financial reports
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- Minimum of 5 years' of full cycle accounting experience
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable knowledge
- Proficient MS Excel experience
- QuickBooks preferred
