Help Desk Analyst

ITAC Solutions is seeking candidates to support our client’s IT Help Desk. This is technical telephone support for long term accounts, involving working directly with the client to resolve issues.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Support will include:
    • Account Resets & creations
    • Network connectivity and wireless
    • Computer hardware and printers
    • Various software and web applications
    • Windows operating system
    • All Microsoft products
  • Provide support for 30-40 calls per day

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • Associates degree in a technical or related field
  • Ability to interpret, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
  • Above average communication skills
  • Independent worker with minimal need for supervision
  • Heavy working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices
  • 1-2 years experience with hardware/network support and customer service
  • Must be willing to work after hours and holidays
  • Team player

What could set you apart from the rest (preferred skills / experience / knowledge):

  • Previous technical experience
  • Certifications:
    • CompTIA Security+, MCITP (Enterprise Desktop Support Technician), A+, HDI Desktop Support Technician
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or public safety environments
