Administrative Assistant

ITAC Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a large company in the Birmingham, AL area. This person will be eager and computer savvy!  

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Performing basic data entry functions
  • Providing assistance and back up as needed for administrative tasks
  • Maintaining files and records
  • Maintaining the overall office appearance and organization

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • 3 years of office experience or college degree with relevant experience

What could set you apart from the rest (preferred skills / experience / knowledge): 

  • 4-year college degree
