Product Support Specialist

ITAC Solutions is assisting a Birmingham client in their search for a Product Support Specialist! In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical product sales support, training, documentation, maintenance and work closely with many different teams to ensure product success.

What You'll be Doing: 

  • Providing support for product management and installations
  • Coordinate installation and conversion activities
  • Act as Tier II Support and provide assistance in resolving escalated tickets
  • Provide quality assurance and assistance in setting up procedures, writing documentation and aiding in customer support
  • Provide product training for clientele during installation, either on-site or virtually

What You'll Need to be Considered: 

  • Strong communication skills and technical knowledge
  • Ability to understand and adapt quickly to new technologies and devices
  • Ability to make independent judgments
  • Ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail

What Could Set You Apart From the Rest: 

  • Experience providing technical product support to end-users
  • Knowledgeable of ticketing systems, specifically JIRA
