ITAC Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for a well-known company in the Birmingham area. This person will be managing construction projects and needs to be a strong problem-solver and excellent at multi-tasking.
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Ensure projects are on meeting time deadlines and budget
- Provide timely and effective communication to contractors
- Communicate progress to stakeholders
- Pre-construction preparation
- Create and revise project schedules and project goals
- Order and materials
- Supervise sites and perform inspections
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- 2-5 years of construction and Project Management experience
- Ability to read structural plans
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Experience with proprietary software systems
