Enterprise Sales Leader

ITAC is looking for an Enterprise Sales Leader to lead our sales team across our footprint, aligning the Company’s strategic initiatives with our core sales processes to achieve Company sales goals.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Build and maintain a positive and effective culture by living, communicating and leading through our core values. Create an environment in which others are motivated to remain with the organization.
  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and motivate sales teams to execute growth plans aligned with the company’ s strategic initiatives. Coach teams and leaders to optimum performance.
  • Keep team members focused on the organization's key initiatives and priorities.
  • Communicate regularly with all levels of account managers for updates on their revenue producing activities.
  • Act as a resource to the sales team in contract opportunities and proposals.
  • Monitor sales data and pipeline activity on a weekly continual basis.
  • Ensure that the team provides the highest quality service and experience to our clients and internal customers.
  • Check on competitive activity and develop new methods of attaining clients and assisting Business Development Managers in attaining new accounts.
  • Evaluate market conditions, competing services and all other factors affecting the business and use the information to effectively design and implement strategic plans to meet financial and non-financial goals and objectives.
  • Develop and nurture strong customer contacts and positive, proactive relationships with C-level buyers.
  • Attend trade shows.
  • Participate in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs.
  • Utilize employee/customer feedback and financial/activity data to diagnose business strengths and weaknesses, implement change and allocate resources appropriately.
  • Develop annual sales plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
  • Direct implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
  • Manage multiple channel selling strategies.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking ways to improve processes within the sales function.
  • Create positive energy in the face of challenge. Inspire others to follow.

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • 7+ years’ experience in Recruiting/staffing or a sales organization in a senior level position
  • Experience leading, managing and holding team members accountable within a people-centric culture
  • Experience leading teams across a geographic footprint
  • Demonstrated ability to meet both financial and non-financial goals for a variety of teams
  • An understanding of both sales and administrative processes and the ability to communicate those processes
  • Strong history of performance aligned with core values
  • Demonstrated ability to positively impact people retention
  • Understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Demonstrated ability to positively impact customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives, increase sales and market share
  • Demonstrated ability to positively impact employee engagement
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
