ITAC Solutions is assisting in the search for multiple Member Services Representatives to join a fantastic team in Birmingham.
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Answering high volume of inbound phone calls
- Resolving any customer questions or issues quickly and accurately and corresponding with doctors and brokers
- Handle complaints from start to finish with professionalism
- Provide information regarding company programs and services
- Assist customers with how-to’s
- Perform computer file maintenance necessary for opening and closing of accounts, as well as changes in member account information
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- Pharmaceutical Tech experience is required
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
- Good decision-making ability and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
What could set you apart from the rest (preferred skills / experience / knowledge):
- Call center experience preferred
