We are assisting one of our clients in their search for an experienced accounting professional to join their accounting team.
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Accounts Receivable, invoicing, posting payments, collections
- Answering phones
- Sales Tax Submissions and Collections
- Various accounts reconciliations
- Various administrative duties
- communicating with sales team
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- 3-5 years experience processing AR, AP, account reconciliations, etc.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office; especially Excel
- 3+ years of general administrative experience
- Associates degree in accounting preferred.
- Strong communication skills
