Receptionist

Experienced Receptionist needed for a local business in Mobile, AL to work full time hours.

What you'll be doing (duties of the position):

  • Answer phones
  • Scanning and filing
  • Basic admin duties such as scheduling conference room, ordering food for meetings

What you need to be considered (requirements of the position):

  • 2+ years as a Receptionist in an office setting 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized
  • Strong customer service skills - will be talking to clients on the phone
