Experienced Receptionist needed for a local business in Mobile, AL to work full time hours.
What you'll be doing (duties of the position):
- Answer phones
- Scanning and filing
- Basic admin duties such as scheduling conference room, ordering food for meetings
What you need to be considered (requirements of the position):
- 2+ years as a Receptionist in an office setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills - will be talking to clients on the phone
