We are currently assisting our client in their search for a Bookkeeper to add to their firm.
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Supporting four partners
- Handling books about 15 clients total
- Calculate and run payroll
- Make tax deposits
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- File payroll returns
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- 4+ years’ experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Experience with multi-entities
