We are currently assisting our client in their search for an experienced Lease Accountant to join their accounting team.
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Review Ledgers, monthly invoices, statements of account, and histories of account for accuracy, necessary changes, over-billings, etc.
- Review Lease documents and determine amounts to be paid
- Calculate year end reconciliations according to lease terms
- Review and prepare legal documents as needed
- Assist with maintenance database.
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- Associates degree preferred
- 1+ years’ of related experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- MS Excel required
