Administrative Assistant

Office Assistant position available with company in the construction services industry.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Answering phones, greeting clients
  • Assisting with data entry of accounts payable, accounts receivable
  • Assembling bid packets
  • Assisting with time sheet collection and entering payroll info
  • Coordinating new hire paperwork

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • 2+ years experience in a professional office setting
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Ability to multi task
  • Very professional, excellent communicator
  • Prior experience in the construction service industry required
