Office Assistant position available with company in the construction services industry.
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Answering phones, greeting clients
- Assisting with data entry of accounts payable, accounts receivable
- Assembling bid packets
- Assisting with time sheet collection and entering payroll info
- Coordinating new hire paperwork
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- 2+ years experience in a professional office setting
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Ability to multi task
- Very professional, excellent communicator
- Prior experience in the construction service industry required
