Front Desk Office Manager

Our client has an immediate opening for a Front Desk Office Manager

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, handle the mail, run errands
  • Invoicing, PO's, Accounts Payable  
  • Handling contracts
  • Communicating with customers and vendors 
  • Assist with bid proposals
  • Assist project managers 

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • 3+ years working in a professional office setting
  • Experience with contracts, bid packets, PO's, invoicing
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Presentable, good communicator, bubbly personality
  • Must be able to take a typing and grammar test
