What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Greet visitors at the front desk directing them appropriately
- Answer and forward a high volume of inbound phone calls
- Obtain customers paperwork and correctly enter it into computer system
- Update calendars, schedule meetings, heavy filing
- Other administrative duties as assigned
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be highly organized and adaptable

- Previous experience in a similar or related field
