Payroll Specialist

ITAC Solutions is seeking a Payroll  Specialist for a local client right here in the heart of Birmingham, AL!

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Review payroll submissions for accuracy and enter into computer system
  • Process, ensure completion, and enter in Employee New Hire Information into computer system
  • Set up and manage employee payroll deductions as needed
  • Correct payroll errors as needed
  • Monitor employee eligibility for benefits and initiate benefits enrollment process as needed
  • Review and enter miscellaneous deductions
  • On-board new clients
  • Reconcile monthly billings and ensure proper payment and accounting

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • Experience processing payroll for multiple clients
  • Experience administering benefits
  • 4 years of full cycle processing of payroll.
