We are assisting one of our clients in their search for an accounting assistant with strong fixed asset experience to maintain and update their fixed asset accounts.
- Reconciling equipment records to asset records.
- Maintaining and reconciling the capital budget.
- Processing capital expenditure request forms
- Maintain fixed asset accounts
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred)
- A minimum of 1 - 2 years of fixed asset experience
- Experience in MS Office Suite including Excel
