ITAC Solutions is seeking an Office Administrator to assist our client with building a new branch for their Law Firm in Birmingham, AL! This person will be highly organized and detailed focused as well as have experience opening a new office.
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Manage all tasks associated with opening a law firm
- Conduct necessary purchasing including office furniture, computer equipment, and general office supplies
- Ensure proper licensing and insurance in accordance with all state and local government
- Create and manage files and documents
- Handle all correspondence via email, telephone, or in person
- Prepare billing and other reports
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- Minimum 10 years in the legal field
- Knowledge of launching or opening a new law firm
