Contract Mailroom Coordinator

ITAC Solutions is seeking a Mailroom Coordinator for a large company in the Birmingham, AL area. This person will be a hard worker and be detail oriented! 

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Maintain organization in the mailroom, assisting with shipping and receiving
  • Scan and sort incoming mail
  • Package, sort, and send outgoing mail
  • Track shipments and deliveries
  • Take inventory of mailing supplies
  • Distribute mail to individuals and departments
  • Answer employee questions regarding mailings

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task

What could set you apart from the rest (preferred skills / experience / knowledge):

  • Mailroom experience preferred
