ITAC Solutions is seeking a well-rounded and professional Administrative Assistant for a great client in the Birmingham area.
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills when greeting quests
- Coordinate and collect information for meeting agendas and identify resources needs
- Prepare and edit correspondence and documents
- Requests checks and assist with drafting letters
- Manage documents and forms for tracking and record keeping
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
