Defense Proposal & Capture Manager

Our client is seeking a Defense Proposal & Capture Manager to lead high-impact defense pursuits supporting mission-critical military systems around the globe. Compensation: $125,000 – $135,000 base salary DOE + bonus potential

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead capture and proposal efforts for complex defense sustainment opportunities
• Translate customer requirements into executable technical solutions
• Coordinate engineering, finance, program management, and quality teams
• Drive proposal schedules, reviews, compliance, and final submissions
• Support bid/no-bid evaluations and capture strategies
• Engage directly with defense customers to refine requirements and scope
• Develop compelling win themes and technical narratives

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• Experience supporting DoD, aerospace, depot, or defense prime proposals
• Strong understanding of FAR / DFARS proposal requirements
• Ability to lead highly technical proposal and capture activities
• Familiarity with sustainment, electronics repair, radar systems, or test equipment
• Strong cross-functional leadership and technical communication skills
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain or maintain security clearance
