Hardware Repair Technician

Our client is seeking a hands-on Hardware Repair Technician to support a fast-paced K–12 learning environment where technology directly impacts students and faculty every day. This role plays a key part in ensuring Lenovo laptops are fully functional, repaired quickly, and ready for classroom use. You’ll be the go-to resource keeping learning uninterrupted and supporting a mission-driven school community.

Compensation
• $17–$20/hour
What You’ll Be Doing
• Diagnose and repair Lenovo laptop hardware issues
• Perform hardware replacements and routine maintenance
• Troubleshoot basic software issues on devices
• Track repairs, parts, and shipments
• Provide onsite technical support to staff and students
• Assist with device setup and configuration
• Escalate complex issues to IT leadership
What You’ll Need to be Considered
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware components
• Experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues
• Ability to support end users in an educational environment
• Familiarity with Windows environments and Lenovo tools
