Compensation: $48,000–$58,000, based on experience, Contract-to-hire opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the prequalification and myCOI inboxes
• Reviewing contractor submissions for completeness — flagging missing documents, unsigned forms, expired certificates
• Preparing, routing, and tracking DocuSign packages for trade contractor agreements
• Maintaining the trade contractor directory and compliance files
• Sending TradeTapp and BuildingConnected invitations and following up on missing documentation
• Compiling monthly compliance reports for leadership review
• Coordinating meetings across the Risk team and cross-functional departments

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• 3+ years of administrative support experience required
• Comfortable learning construction-specific platforms
• Able to read and interpret insurance certificates, policies, and contract language
• Typing speed of 55–70 WPM
• Trustworthy with confidential financial and contractor information
• Comfortable being the point of contact across multiple offices and time zones
