ITAC Solutions is targeting an IT Account Manager for a great company in the Birmingham, AL area!

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Communicate with customers in a variety of methods to build and maintain relationships that support their IT needs.
  • Manage accounts by scheduling and performing regular client meetings to ensure on-going satisfaction.
  • Support clients with billing and service issues and provide solutions that drive retention.
  • Perform daily data entry and manage client information within CRM software.

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • High level communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in a demanding environment and the ability to function with multiple clients.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service and/or account management.
  • Minimum 2 years’ client facing experience in a technology industry.
