ITAC Solutions is targeting an IT Account Manager for a great company in the Birmingham, AL area!
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Communicate with customers in a variety of methods to build and maintain relationships that support their IT needs.
- Manage accounts by scheduling and performing regular client meetings to ensure on-going satisfaction.
- Support clients with billing and service issues and provide solutions that drive retention.
- Perform daily data entry and manage client information within CRM software.
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- High level communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in a demanding environment and the ability to function with multiple clients.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service and/or account management.
- Minimum 2 years’ client facing experience in a technology industry.
