Accountant

Excellent opportunity to join an established company with a dynamic accounting/finance team! We are assisting our client in their search for an Accountant!

Here’s what you’ll need to know!

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• AR/AP management
• Record and reconcile financial information.
• Bookkeeping across multiple real estate entities
• Bank reconciliation and cash management duties
• Calculating and recording monthly.
• Assist with investor relations and communications
• Assist management with special projects when requested.

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail, organized, independent decision maker, and flexible
• Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
• Yardi experience a plus!
• Professional communication skills.
