Accountant/Full Charge Bookkeeper

You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our client by managing reconciliations, general ledger entries, and financial statement preparation. Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000 annually, DOE
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Performing reconciliations for credit cards and bank accounts
• Managing general ledger entries
• Preparing financial statements
• Filing monthly Sales/Use Tax (minimal involvement due to outsourcing)
• Assisting with various administrative duties

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Strong accounting or full-charge bookkeeping experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• AP/AR experience (willing to assist as needed)
• Flexible, team-player attitude
• Excellent communication skills

What Could Set You Apart:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Sales tax reporting experience
• CPA
