Role Type:  Contract To Hire / Fulltime
Location:  Robertsdale, AL / In Office

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Process full cycle payroll including garnishments, deductions, overtime pay, and multi-state with a mix of W2 and 1099 employees for various clients.
• Process payroll taxes and quarterly, year-end payroll return filings.
• Complete bank reconciliations and sales tax submissions.
• General bookkeeping duties

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
Education

• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of payroll processing experience
• Experience using QuickBooks desktop and online.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: 

• Data entry and customer service skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to be trained on various accounting software
