Compensation:
Base Salary: $ 85 K-$110 K
What you’ll be doing:

• Leading financial integration to a paperless work environment
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Managing a team of three accounting staff
• Planning, implementing, and supervising the company’s financial strategy
• Managing the company’s financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts, and financial assets
• Handling transactions and debts, and doing cash flow forecasting
• Performing financial audits and working with an outside CPA
• Following proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives
• Monitoring and analyzing financial accounting data
• Creating financial reports based on data analysis

Requirements for the role:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is highly preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Experience with working knowledge of transitioning to a paperless environment
• Advanced in Excel

What will set you apart:

• CPA  (preferred but not required)
• Sage 50 Software is a huge plus (preferred but not required)
