Compensation

• $95,000 – $115,000 DOE, Plus bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Ensure accuracy of financial postings and balance sheet accounts
• Supervise one direct and three indirect reports
• Oversee internal controls and recommend process improvements
• Partner with sales to explain financial data and gather insights
• Support ERP system
• Serve as liaison between accounting and business operations

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• CPA highly preferred
• Public accounting background highly preferred
• Proven supervisory experience over accounting staff
• Advanced Excel experience
• Strong ERP system experience
