Accounting Specialist / Accounts Payable Analyst

Compensation

• $55,000 – $64,000, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing

• Verify, post, and reconcile invoices, vouchers, and reports in Plex ERP

• Support cost accounting efforts and contribute to budgeting activities

• Resolve vendor discrepancies and maintain compliance for all AP documentation

• Monitor AP aging and communicate status reports

• Maintain Plex workflow for invoice approvals and department updates

• Assist with audits, special projects, and month-end close activities

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• ERP experience (PLEX preferred; SAP acceptable)

• Automotive or manufacturing industry background is a major plus

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset

• Ability to thrive in an open, collaborative office environment
