Accounts Payable Clerk

ITAC Solutions is assisting a great client in their search for a talented Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team in Birmingham, AL. What you’ll be doing:

• Review and enter vendor invoices into A/P system
• Review and follow-up with vendors and A/P statements
• Generate weekly A/P reports
• Process A/P checks weekly
• Other general office and accounting duties as assigned

What you’ll need to be considered:

• High School diploma
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• MS Office and basic excel skills
