AP Specialist

Compensation
- $45,000 – $50,000 base salary
What You’ll Be Doing

Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing and weekly disbursements

Oversee vendor setup, documentation (W-9s, COIs), and ongoing compliance

Administer contract-related payments and intercompany transactions

Reconcile corporate credit cards and process employee expense reimbursements

Support cash management, ACH maintenance, and banking activities

Assist with journal entries, month-end close, and general ledger updates

Maintain accounting records and support regulatory filings, including business licenses and 1099 reporting

Provide additional accounting and administrative support as needed
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- 3+ years of AP experience or accounting support, with a focus on high-volume processing
- Excel proficiency, comfortable with advanced tasks
- Experience with Yardi or a strong willingness to learn
