AR & Billing Manager

Our client is seeking a Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager to lead a dynamic team in a role pivotal to ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations. Compensation: $55,000-$60,000/annually

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the billing and accounts receivable departments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Managing and mentoring a team, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Addressing discrepancies in accounts and billings, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
• Serving as a liaison between clients and vendors to negotiate payment plans and resolve issues.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports, cash forecasts, and monthly sales statistics.
• Facilitating monthly meetings to communicate updates and best practices.

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• 5 years or more of Billing/AR Experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead a billing or accounts receivable team with humility, especially in a tight-knit environment where employees have long tenures.
• Expertise in Excel
• Sage experience OR equivalent ERP/General Ledger software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
