AR & Billing Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers? Our client is seeking a Billing & Collections Specialist who will play a vital role in ensuring smooth billing operations and contributing to the success of the business. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the action, interfacing with internal teams and external partners to drive accuracy and efficiency in billing and collections processes.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $20-23/hr

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Communicating effectively with internal employees and vendors
• Processing daily invoicing for customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Managing unbilled orders, and resolving billing errors and delays
• Posting payments and generating AR aging reports to reduce outstanding balances
• Handling credit and rebill processes, as well as error resolution

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Proven billing or customer service experience (1+ years preferred)
• Comfortable with extensive data entry and working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to handle interactions with diverse personalities
• Ability to dig deep for billing discrepancies and research missing info
