Compensation: $20-$23/hour 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Invoicing clients and matching purchase orders with invoices
• Organizing and maintaining accurate financial records
• Making collections calls to ensure timely payments
• File matching and general filing tasks
• Reconciling credit card statements
• Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• Strong AR/Collections experience
• Proficiency with QuickBooks required
• Strong foundational skills in Excel
• Adaptable and professional communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a laid-back, team-oriented culture
